1. Agreement Acceptance
By accessing, downloading, executing, or otherwise utilizing the gabescripts software ("the Software"), you explicitly acknowledge and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service.
This agreement constitutes a legally binding contract between you and gabescripts. If you do not agree to these terms in their entirety, you must immediately cease all use of the Software and destroy any copies in your possession.
2. Prohibited Conduct & Software Integrity
The Software is protected by intellectual property laws and proprietary security mechanisms. Users are strictly prohibited from engaging in reverse-engineering, decompilation, memory dumping, network packet manipulation, or any unauthorized attempt to bypass the Software’s authentication systems.
Licenses are granted on an individual, non-transferable basis. Account sharing, unauthorized distribution, or the resale of access keys constitutes a material breach of this agreement.
gabescripts maintains a strict zero-tolerance policy regarding software manipulation. Any detected violation of these integrity clauses will result in the immediate, permanent revocation of your license via hardware identification (HWID) blacklisting, without prior notice or recourse.
3. Service Continuity & Modifications
The Software is provided strictly on an 'AS IS' and 'AS AVAILABLE' basis. gabescripts reserves the unilateral right to modify, suspend, or permanently discontinue the Software, its infrastructure, or any specific features at any time, with or without prior notice.
Functionality may be temporarily or permanently impacted by updates enacted by third-party game developers or platform administrators. gabescripts bears no obligation to provide immediate patches or guarantee uninterrupted software operability following such third-party updates.
4. Limitation of Liability
The utilization of third-party modifications carries an inherent risk of enforcement actions by respective game developers or platform operators.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, gabescripts, its developers, and affiliates shall not be held liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from the use or inability to use the Software.
This indemnification explicitly includes, but is not limited to, the suspension, termination, or penalization of third-party user accounts, hardware bans, and the loss of digital assets or data. You expressly acknowledge that all use of the Software is undertaken entirely at your own risk.
