Refund Policy

Our absolute zero-refund doctrine and subscription management guidelines.

1. No Refunds

gabescripts is a digital, intangible software product that is instantly delivered and structurally integrated upon purchase. Due to the nature of this software, all sales are strictly final.

We do not offer partial or full refunds, exchanges, or account credits under any circumstances. This includes, but is not limited to: inability to inject your exploit, subsequent hardware incompatibility, game bans, or buyer's remorse.

2. Subscription Management

If you have purchased a recurring membership, you maintain full control over your billing cycle. Users are solely responsible for managing and canceling their active subscriptions prior to their next billing date.

Cancellations must be processed through your user dashboard. Unless a subscription is explicitly canceled before the renewal date, your payment method will be automatically charged.

3. Manual Cancellation Assistance

We understand that payment processors like Stripe can occasionally experience desyncs or technical errors. If you are actively trying to cancel your subscription but the dashboard is failing or preventing you from doing so, we are here to help.

You must open a support ticket in our official Discord server prior to your billing renewal date. Our administration team will manually intervene and terminate the Stripe subscription on your behalf to ensure you are not wrongfully charged.

4. Chargebacks & Fraudulent Disputes

Attempting to bypass our refund policy by initiating a chargeback or payment dispute through your bank, PayPal, or credit card provider is considered digital fraud.

Any unauthorized disputes will result in the immediate and permanent blacklisting of your account, Discord ID, and Hardware ID (HWID) from all current and future gabescripts infrastructure.
